Hi, I’m Gavin! I was born in Pennsylvania but have lived in the Tri-Cities area my entire life. During my junior year in high school, I discovered my passion for positively impacting others through leadership. Throughout high school, I served as class president, SCA president, editor-in-chief of the Colonial Courier newspaper, and a member of the student advisory committee. These roles helped me develop strong skills in motivating and collaborating with others. I’ve come to believe that building trust and forming meaningful relationships is essential in every aspect of life, and it’s exactly what I value in real estate. Helping others find their perfect home and creating lasting relationships drew me to this field.
